PORK HUMBA RECIPE
Ingredients:
1.500 kg pig’s knuckle
10 garlic cloves
2 onions
1 cup pineapple juice
5 star anise
5 laurel leaves
25 g banana blossoms
100 g black beans
⅓ cup brown sugar
⅓ cup soy sauce
2 tbsp vinegar
4 cups water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp peppercorn
½ tsp ground black pepper.
