Steamed Chicken with Shiitake Mushrooms Recipe
Ingredients:
300g chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
6-8 dried shiitake mushrooms, soaked until softened and quartered
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp Chinese cooking wine
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp cornstarch
1-2 slices ginger, shredded
1 small red chili, sliced (optional)
1 stalk scallion, chopped for garnish
